If you live in Canada, excluding Québec, and purchased or leased one or more 2011-2014 model year Navistar vehicles equipped with a MaxxForce 11-, 13-, or 15-litre engine, you could be a Class Member able to participate in a potential Settlement.
If you did not receive a notice providing you with a claim number and PIN, you may contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-866-573-2710 to verify if a claim number and PIN exist for you. Please note, you do not need an existing claim number and PIN in order to submit a claim form, you may select the option above to submit without a claim number.
